Administrator - a user responsible for managing a specific location. Administrators can view all content in the location based on their permissions.

Active users - someone who engages with your app through bookings, payments, or by having a personal or company subscription, thereby creating value for your business.

Benefit - a perk or advantage offered to users (e.g. discounts, special offers, and coupons from your partnership programs).

Contacts - a walk-in coming to your space who want to know more about your pricing, and membership plans or just see the space and leave contact in your visitor display.

Company - a group of people belonging to one company that book your resources and can have a company subscription with you.

Company manager - a company user who is notified about company invoices, pays by invoices, can manage payment methods, and change company settings, if enabled.

Company user - a member who was added to the company by the company manager or administrator. Company users can see all app content with the "Location Members" visibility and higher and interact with all resources that are assigned to their company.

Credits - a virtual currency within the app that members can receive and use for bookings and purchases with a credit price.

Day passes - a currency used for booking a hot desk by members in the app. 1 day pass is the cost of 1 desk booking for 1 day.

Desk - a workstation that can be shared space for daily bookings or dedicated desk to one person. Desks can be booked with money, credits, or day passes.

Host - a member who invited a visitor to the space and should preregister them in the app for further check-in, or approve visitor request, if a visitor comes without preliminary registration.

Invoice - a bill with a list of goods or services with a statement of the total amount due provided to the user or company.

Location - a specific place within the app that customers can recognize and associate with a physical space. In the app, location contains resources (rooms, desks, offices), a community (members and admins), and unique billing and integrations for that site.

Location member - a member who belongs to the specific location in the app.

Member - a user who can access member-only parts of the app and belongs to the community. Members can have credits, day passes, and subscriptions and view all app content with the "Location Members" visibility and higher.

Mobile App - a branded mobile application designed specifically for use on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Mobile app reflects all the same modules as in the web app and gives the same opportunities in bookings and all other actions.

Network - a group of locations under one brand. It includes a single name, logo, colors, and unique URL.

Network Settings - a page that enables the app owner to manage the app on the network level.

Network member - any member of any location within your network.

Nonmember - a former member or a user who has made at least one booking or purchase in the location. Nonmembers can see all app content with the "Public" visibility.

Office - a physical private space that can be booked within the app.

Owner - a user who is responsible for managing the entire network and subscription with Spacebring. The owner is the only one who can manage the Network Settings page. There can be only one person with the owner role within the app.

Parking Lot - an area designated for vehicle parking that can be booked through the app. Spacebring integrates with access control systems like SALTO KS or Kisi to manage entry based on parking lot bookings.

Plan - a specific package of features and services that a user subscribes to. Typically plans are used to organize: Monthly Hot Desk, Fixed Desk, Weekly Plan.

Report - a CSV file with the important data moving around the app. Administrators can creadte reports of different types: users, companies, transactions, invoices, invoice items, room bookings, desk bookings, event attendees, shop orders, visitors, support tickets.

Receipt - an acknowledgment issued by the app upon purchasing goods or services. It serves as documented proof for a financial transaction, verifying that payment has been received.

Room - a physical space that can be booked or reserved through the app. Rooms are often used for meetings or conferences.

Settings - a possibility to manage and configure the location due to the user requirements and the app possibilities.

Subscription - a recurring payment plan that grants users access to certain services within the app for week and more and automate invoicing for individual users and companies.

Shop Products - items or services available for purchase within the app. This could include merchandise, food, beverages etc.

Transaction - an exchange of money for a product or service within the app.

User roles - users can have different roles based on their permissions and activities within the platform: owner, administrator, member, company manager, company user, nonmember.

Visibility - the "Visibility" property lets you control who can see the content and pages. You can set up the visibility of app modules and app content independently.

Visitor - a coworking space guest, who was invited by member or requested approval of their host using the Reception app.

Web App - your software application that runs in a web browser. It is accessed through a URL and does not require downloading or installation. The web app can be used across different devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
