Active subscription a member's subscription that has already started and is currently running, regardless of its price or other settings. Once created, the subscription is considered and remains active from its start date until its end or cancellation date, regardless of the payment status of the member's invoices.

Administrator a user responsible for managing a specific location. Administrators can view and manage all the content in the location based on their permissions.

Active users — someone who engages with your app through bookings, payments, or by having a personal or company subscription, thereby creating value for your business.

Benefit — a service, perk, or advantage offered to users that they can apply for through the app. Usually, a benefit is a local discount, special offer, or coupon from your space partnership programs.

Contacts — a walk-in who leaves their contact details on the Reception app with the "Leave Contacts" feature when visiting your space. Contacts are usually people coming to your space to learn more about your pricing and membership plans or just see the space without booking anything.

Company — an entity that can include multiple users under one business name. A company allows accommodating a company subscription for billing the company with a single company invoice while granting common access to subscription perks to all company users (credits, day passes, discounts, access to the space, etc.)

Company manager — a company user who manages the company, receives and pays company invoices, can manage payment methods and other company settings.

Company user — a user who belongs to a specific company. Company users can interact with all the resources assigned to their company and share company subscription benefits, such as a common credit and day pass balance, discounts, access to the space, etc.

Credits — a payment method within the app that members can use for bookings and purchases.

Day passes — a payment method within the app that members can use for booking a hot desk.

Desk — a workstation that can be a shared space for daily bookings and a dedicated desk assigned to certain members. Desks can be booked with money, credits, or day passes.

Host — a member who invited a visitor to the space and should preregister them in the app for further check-in or approve visit requests if a visitor comes without preliminary registration.

Invoice — a bill with a list of goods or services and a statement of the total amount due provided to the user or company. Invoices are auto-generated and issued with subscriptions and can be created manually by administrators.

Location — a specific part of the app that customers can recognize and associate with a particular physical space. In the app, the location contains resources (rooms, desks, offices), a community (members and admins), and unique billing and integrations for that site.

Member — a user who can access member-only parts of the app and belongs to the community. Members can have credits, day passes, and subscriptions and view all app content with the "Location Members" visibility and higher.

Mobile app — a branded mobile application designed specifically for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The mobile app reflects all the same modules as the web app and gives the same opportunities for bookings and all other actions.

Network — a group of locations under one brand. It includes a single name, logo, a unique URL and more.

Network Settings — settings of the app that only the owner can access. They include customization of the app's look and feel, setting up the custom domain, and more.

Nonmember — a former member or a user who has made at least one booking, purchase, or order in the location, joined an event, or applied for a benefit. Nonmembers can see all app content with the "Public" visibility.

Office — a physical private space that is available for applications for long-term rent within the app.

Owner — a user who is responsible for managing the entire network and subscription with Spacebring.

Parking Lot — an area designated for vehicle parking that can be booked for daily rent through the app.

Plan — a specific package of services that a user or company subscribes to, often referred to as a membership tier. Typically plans are used to organize Monthly Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Weekly Plan, etc.

Receipt — a document provided to a user that confirms the monetary payment for any service via the app. It serves as documented proof for a financial transaction, verifying that payment has been received.

Reception — an app by Spacebring for visitor check-in and check-out, speedy registration for unexpected visitors and collecting contacts of walk-ins. Available as an add-on to the Spacebring subscription

Report — a CSV file with the important data moving around the app. Administrators can export reports of different types.

Room — a physical space available for hourly bookings through the app, typically used for meetings, conferences, or events.

Room Display — an app by Spacebring designed to showcase real-time room availability on a tablet next to the room entrance, enable bookings with QR code, and prevent abandoned bookings. Available as an add-on to Spacebring subscription

Settings — the place in the app for general location configuration, setting up modules, adding and managing app content, and connecting integrations.

Subscription — a recurring payment plan that grants a user or company access to certain services and benefits within your space and app and automates recurring invoice generation for them.

Product — items or services available for one-time purchase or rental on the Shop page. This could include merchandise, food, beverages, etc.

Transaction — an exchange of money, credits, or day passes for a product or service within the app.

User roles — classifications assigned to users based on their permissions and activities within the app: owner, administrator, member, company manager, company user, and nonmember.

Visibility — the property of specific app resources and pages that defines which groups of users can access and view them.

Visitor — a coworking space guest who was registered by a member or requested a visit using the Reception app.

Web app — your branded app that runs in a web browser. It is accessed through a URL and does not require downloading or installation. The web app can be used across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
