Add equipment

Use the Equipment page to feature items such as screens, monitors, projectors, whiteboards, cameras, microphones, and any other equipment available for booking or rental.

Enable Equipment

To start using the Equipment module:

  1. In the left-side panel, click the menu (...) next to your location name.

  2. Go to Location settings > Resources > Equipment and toggle the "Equipment" switch on.

  3. Book ahead β€” set how far in advance users can book equipment items.


Add equipment

  1. Go to the Resources > Equipment page .

  2. Click the Add equipment top right.

  3. Fill in the equipment details.

Equipment configuration

Section name

Meaning

Equipment photo

2x1 format. On the overview of all equipment items, the image will be cropped to a square and centered. When opening this specific equipment page, it'll show uncropped.

Name

Equipment name (e.g., "Whiteboard", "Projector").

Quantity

The total number of available units of this equipment.

Description

Include any essential information customers need to know.

Money

The monetary price for hourly/daily bookings in your location currency. If you offer varying prices for different booking durations, set up price tiers.

Disable this switch if you only offer long-term rentals of this equipment.

Credits

The credit price for hourly/daily bookings. If you offer varying prices for different booking durations, set up price tiers.

Disable this switch if you only offer long-term rentals of this equipment.

Dynamic pricing (beta)

Automatically adjusts price for bookings based on demand within your defined range. Set dynamic pricing for resource

Plans

If you offer long-term rentals (weekly, monthly, etc.) of this equipment, enable the "Plans" switch and add tiers. How to configure tiers

Disable this switch if this equipment is only available for hourly/daily bookings.

Availability increment

The frequency of available time for equipment booking. Defines the time slots for booking if rented hourly.

Min & Max duration

Minimum & maximum duration limits for hourly/daily bookings. Applies to all users except administrators.

  • To offer different limits for nonmembers, enable "Public duration", and set the min & max duration that will apply to them.

Rescheduling policy

Select whether users can reschedule bookings for this desk or cancel and get automatic refunds. Understand refunds

Custom schedule

Set custom working hours for this equipment, independent of the location's overall schedule.

Confirmation email

If you want to send a custom booking confirmation email, select which users should receive it when making a booking, and paste your email text.

Visibility

Determine which user groups can see this equipment.

Booking

Determine which groups of users can immediately book the equipment, while others can apply for a booking.

Access

Determine the access control group to which users are synced upon booking this equipment.

Calendar sync

Sync booking for this desk with the selected Google Calendar.
