Learn how to add all the resources while setting up Spacebring for the first time.

Administrators can add the following resources to Spacebring:

  • Rooms - for hourly and daily bookings of the private meeting area (e.g., conference rooms, meeting rooms, skype rooms)

  • Desks - for daily hot and dedicated desk bookings and for tracking the desk occupancy by admins

  • Offices - for showcasing private offices for the long-term rental

  • Parking Lots - for hourly and daily bookings of the parking spaces.

Prerequisites

Prepare the following information before adding any resources to Spacebring:

  • Cover photos for rooms, desks, offices, and any other services you provide.

  • Prices for each resource

Add resources

  1. Go to Spacebring as an administrator.

  2. Go to Resources > Rooms and add your rooms.

  3. Go to Resources > Desks and add your desks.

  4. Go to Resources > Offices and add your offices.
