Spacebring is your admin dashboard and primary tool to manage locations, customers, billing, resources, and more. This article will help you understand the dashboard interface and get started efficiently.
Log in to Spacebring
Go to https://app.spacebring.com and log in with your administrator or owner email address.
If you are an administrator in at least one location, you'll land on the Customers page of this location right away and can see various options to manage this location on the left-side panel.
If you log in as an owner, you can also see the Network Settings page on the left-side panel, next to the network name.
Navigate Spacebring
Explore the navigation on the left-side panel to manage your network and location.
At the top, right under the Spacebring logo, you can always see:
Your network name and switch between networks if you manage a few.
Chats — receive and have one-to-one chats with your customers.
Notifications — receive all notifications about user activity and location updates that require attention.
2. If you hover over the network name, you'll reveal the (...) menu. Click on it to access:
Network Settings — the page accessible only to an owner. Here the owner can manage Spacebring subscription, customize member web portal and member mobile app, and configure other network-level settings.
Account — edit your own administrator account, set language and notification preferences.
Log Out from your admin account.
3. In the "Locations" section, you will find all the aspects of space management listed. Click on each section to reveal more options inside.
Customers — access the profiles of all your customers, including members and nonmembers, set up and manage subscriptions, billing, and invite new members.
Billing:
Invoices — track and manage all customer invoices.
Plans — create and edit membership plans.
Credit Packages — create and edit credit packages to sell to your customers.
Discounts — create coupons and promo codes to provide discounts to your customers.
Resources:
Rooms — add and edit your rooms for hourly rent, view room bookings and room availability for bookings.
Desks — add and edit your desks for daily or hourly bookings, view desk bookings and desk availability for bookings.
Offices — add and edit your offices for long-term rent, view office bookings.
Parking — add and edit your parking lots for long-term rent, view parking space bookings and parking lot availability for bookings.
Floors — manage your floor plans if you have this add-on with Spacebring.

Analytics — check and analyze important data points such as bookings, invoicing, volume, and others for your space.
4. At the bottom of the left-side menu, find the following options:
Member Web Portal - a link to your branded web application that your users use to book and pay for your services.
Release Notes - a link to the page with all Spacebring updates and new solution announcements.
Help - link to contact Spacebring support, submit feedback ticket, access Spacebring Help Center, and more.
You can also use the command palette via Ctrl + K or ⌘ + K for instant navigation to the necessary page in Spacebring.
Log out from Spacebring
To log out from the admin dashboard, do the following:
Hover over the network name at the top of the left-side panel > tap (...) menu.

You're likely trying to make a booking from your branded member web portal or member mobile app, which is why the "Free" payment method isn't visible. Since we introduced the dedicated admin dashboard – Spacebring, all admin features are now available exclusively in Spacebring, while the member web portal is now exclusively for your customers (members and nonmembers).
To continue managing your space and making free room bookings, log in to Spacebring at https://app.spacebring.com/ using your administrator email. There, you will be able to make a free room booking, just as always, and use all the other admin features and settings.

With the launch of the new Spacebring dashboard for admins, push notifications for admin notifications are now sent exclusively from the new Spacebring portal.
To continue receiving push notifications for admin notifications, please do the following:
Open Spacebring (https://app.spacebring.com/) in the browser on your device.
Allow notifications from Spacebring in your browser.
From the browser, install Spacebring to the device home screen to receive notifications right from the device's home screen.

Currently, there isn't a native mobile app for the Spacebring admin dashboard. However, you can still enjoy a mobile-friendly experience using the Spacebring admin portal as a progressive web app, which works seamlessly on mobile devices.
To access it, simply visit app.spacebring.com in your mobile browser and add the Spacebring web app to your home screen. This way, you can manage your space on the go and receive push notifications. The portal supports push notifications and offers all the admin features you need.
