Your app supports one-on-one chats with all users.

How to enable chats

  1. Log in as an owner and navigate to (...) More > Network Settings > Chats.

  2. Enable the "Chats" option.

Chats are enabled at the network level. If you turn on chats, the feature will become available in all locations. Chats are enabled by default for all networks.

Chat privacy

Chats include multiple privacy and security features:

  • If privacy-conscious users choose to hide their name visibility on bookings and do not deliberately make themselves visible in your app (e.g. by posting on Feed), nobody will be able to send them a message.

  • The client-server connection and database are encrypted.

  • Users can unsend messages.

How to disable chats

  1. Log in as an owner and navigate to (...) More > Network Settings > Chats.

  2. Disable the "Chats" option. The change applies automatically.
