Create a benefit

Before creating a benefit, you need to create a benefit category.

To create benefits in your app, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Benefits page. If you don't see the page, go to the Locations > Settings page (the "Settings" icon next to the location's name) > Benefits and enable the feature.

  2. Create a benefit by clicking the (...) menu in the top right corner > Create Benefit.

  3. Configure it:

Title

The title of the benefit

Subtitle

Summary of the benefit that appears below its title

Description

Details about the benefit you want members to see on the app

Category

Select which category the benefit belongs to

Featured

If enabled, the benefit will be prominently pinned at the top of the Benefits page

Application

If enabled, your customers will be able to apply for a benefit

Application Allowance

Can be set to either "Unlimited" or "Once"

CTA Button Label

Customize the call-to-action button by selecting one of the options

Confirmation Email

Enable it to send confirmation emails to your customers and customize the text of the email.

Visibility

Set the visibility. So the benefit will be visible whether to administrators, location members, network members or make it public, so everyone can see it.

Press the Create button after configuring your benefit to create it.

Once you create the benefits, they will be visible on your Benefits page.

Edit a benefit

To edit a benefit, go to Locations > Benefits > open the necessary benefit and press (...) menu > press Edit. Save your changes. To edit a benefit category, please follow this guide.

Delete a benefit

To delete a benefit, go to Locations > Benefits > open the necessary benefit and press (...) menu > press Delete. Save your changes. To delete a benefit category, please follow this guide.

Using this module is only available on specific plans.
