Offer discounts and exclusive promotions to your customers with the Benefits page.

Create a benefit

Before creating a benefit, make sure to:

  • enable the "Benefits" switch on Location settings page by pressing the menu (...) near the location name > Benefits.

  • create a benefit category to group your benefits by type.

To create a benefit, go to Spacebring and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Service > Benefits > press the Add benefit in the top right corner and configure it:

Title

The title of the benefit.

Subtitle

Summary of the benefit that appears below its title.

Description

Details about the benefit you want members to see.

Category

Select which category the benefit belongs to.

Featured

If enabled, the benefit will be prominently pinned at the top of the Benefits page.

Application

If enabled, your customers will be able to apply for a benefit.

Application allowance

Can be set to either "Unlimited" or "Once".

CTA button label

Customize the call-to-action button by selecting one of the options.

Confirmation email

Enable it to send confirmation emails to your customers and customize the text of the email.

Visibility

Set the visibility. So the benefit will be visible whether to administrators, location members, network members or make it public, so everyone can see it.

2. Press the Done button to create the benefit.

How users see benefits

Once you create the benefits, they will be visible to your users on Benefits page.

Promote benefits

Spacebring lets you effortlessly promote benefits on the Feed page to make sure your customers don't miss out on special offers. This is a great way to announce a new member benefit or bring attention back to an existing one.

To promote a benefit, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Service > Benefits and click the (...) menu next to the benefit you want to promote.

  2. Click the Promote button.

  3. You’ll instantly see a new draft post about this benefit with AI-generated text. The post will include benefit details, image (if added), a brief description, as well as a direct link to the benefit application page. Feel free to make any edits, then click Post to publish it.

You can view and edit the post later via Engagement > Feed.

Using this module is only available on specific plans.

FAQ

Why can't I see the Benefits page as an administrator?

The visibility of your Benefits page is directly controlled by the visibility settings of the individual benefits themselves. If the visibility of all your benefits is set to "Administrators," only administrators will see them in Spacebring. It won't be visible to anyone in the member web portal.
