The Room Display app by Spacebring allows you to showcase real-time room availability, enable ad-hoc bookings with a QR code, and prevent abandoned bookings.

Prerequisites
Ensure your subscription for the plan with Spacebring is active.
If your plan with Spacebring includes branded mobile apps, you don't need to order the Room Display. Enter the Room Display app and start using it immediately.
If your plan with Spacebring doesn't include branded mobile apps, contact us to order the Room Display app.
Have tablets with screens at least 7 inches wide and that support downloading Android or iPadOS apps installed in your space. Tablet requirements
Processing the order for the Room Display app add-on usually takes 48 hours on weekdays. After signing the price quote, access to the Room Display app is granted within 48 hours.
Configure rooms
To ensure that the room display shows the correct data, configure all your rooms:
Go to Locations > Rooms page and add all of your available rooms.
Upload the correct cover photos for them.
Enter Room Display app
To enter the Room Display app on your tablet, do the following:
Download the Room Display app from Google Play or App Store to your device.
Open the app and press "Log In."
3. Type your email as an administrator of the location where you want to enable the app and enter the confirmation code.
4. Select your network and click on a location where the Room Display app must work.
5. Below, the list of the rooms added to this location will appear. Press on a room and the Room Display app will be enabled for it.
6. To prevent strangers from shutting down the app and reopening your tablet, set up Guided Access on iPad or Screen Pinning on Android tablets.
Exit Room Display app
Turn off the Guided Access on iPad or Screen Pinning on Android.
Close the app by swiping it up and off the screen.
Switch from the room display mode to the Room Display app
Administrators have access to the room display mode within their branded mobile apps in versions 4.8.4 and lower. In version 4.8.5 and higher, this functionality will be removed from the branded mobile apps. Instead, everyone must use the standalone Room Display app to access this functionality.
Spacebring customers with the branded mobile apps add-on can use the Room Display app for free, as it's included in their package.
Switching to Room Display is easy and takes less than 5 minutes:
Exit the room display mode by turning off the Guided Access on iPad or Screen Pinning on Android and closing the app by swiping it up and off the screen.
Enter Room Display on the tablet for the necessary room following this guide.
The release of the 4.8.5 mobile app version is scheduled for October 2024. If you do not switch to the Room Display app before October 2024, the room display mode on your device may stop working.
