How to upgrade to a new plan
To request upgrading to a new plan, proceed with the following steps:
Contact our support and specify the plan you want to choose.
Wait for the price quote from us and sign it.
Notify us when you want the new plan to be applied. You can get either immediate access to a new plan or with your next subscription renewal (per your request).
Your next invoice payment will include the increased price for the upgraded plan.
How to purchase add-ons
You can check the pricing of available add-ons in our article. Once you select an add-on, follow the next steps:
Contact our support and specify the add-on you want to purchase.
Wait for the price quote from us and sign it.
After completing the price quote, we will immediately add the necessary add-on to your subscription. If it's a monthly add-on, your next invoice payment will include the price for the add-on.
