The Rooms page allows you to make meeting rooms, conference rooms, Zoom rooms, and podcast rooms available for hourly rent.
By following these steps, you'll be able to enable rooms in your app, define how far in advance users can book a room, and manage free room bookings.
Enable Rooms
To enable Rooms, do the following:
Go to Locations > Settings page (the "Settings" icon next to the location's name) > Rooms and turn the "Rooms" switch on.
Select the appropriate "Book Ahead" value to define how far in the future users can book rooms.
Select the desired "Book for Free" value to restrict how many free bookings your users can create at a time. The property applies to free bookings only.
