Notes

  • The subscription start date cannot be edited if it is set to start on a future date, but an administrator has already issued the invoice for the first subscription cycle in advance. If you need to change the subscription start date, cancel the subscription and recreate it. Consider voiding the first invoice issued for the wrong first subscription period.

  • If you need to upgrade a customer's plan and charge them the difference now, create and issue a one-off invoice for the additional amount due for the current subscription cycle. After that, update the customer's plan in their subscription.

  • If you need to change the subscription cycle for a certain invoice, follow these steps:

    1. For draft invoices, delete it and recreate the subscription for the customer with the necessary subscription cycle. The user will receive an updated invoice.

    2. For issued invoices, void it and recreate the subscription for the customer with the necessary subscription cycle. The user will receive an updated invoice.
