Get Member Mobile App

  1. Invite us ([email protected]) to your Apple Developer organization account.

  2. Go to the Network settings > Member mobile app page as an owner. Upload your foreground graphic, the background color, pass your Apple Developer account details, and submit the form.

Once submitted, we'll start preparing your iOS and Android mobile apps. Once they're live, we'll inform you via email. If the mobile app has been rejected, we'll resubmit it to Apple and Google within 48 hours.

When publishing apps, we use template descriptions, keywords, and screenshots for the initial app listing. Once published under your brand, you can update the listing as needed.

Prepare for submission

Apple and Google review your app's content and functionality. Missing content is a common cause for rejection and can significantly delay your launch.

To ensure a smooth review, prepare the following:

  1. Customize your privacy policy and terms of use.

  2. Add bookable resources (rooms, desks, offices, etc.) with cover images. If you don't have the final images yet, use temporary ones and update them later.

  3. Create a post on the Feed page. This could be a message to welcome your first members.

  4. Create an upcoming event on the Events page with a description and cover photo. The event can be scheduled for any future date, and you can always edit or delete it after your apps are published.

  5. Complete the Information page with photos of your space, a description, contact details, location schedule, and any other relevant information.
