The member mobile app is a white-label application for your customers on Google Play and the App Store. It gives members easy, mobile access to bookings, payments, and all your services.
A modern, smartphone experience increases member engagement, elevates your brand, and helps you stay connected with members in real-time.
Prerequisites
Prepare an Apple Developer account for an organization and download the App Store Connect API key.
Prepare mobile app icon according to Google and Apple requirements:
Format: SVG format.
Size: 72x72 px.
Background: No background. The logo must be transparent.
If you haven't yet, sign up for the Member Mobile App add-on from Network settings > Billing.
Get your member mobile apps created
Invite us ([email protected]) to your Apple Developer organization account.
Go to the Network settings > Member mobile app page as an owner and submit all the required details for your app creation:
Upload your foreground graphic, select the background color.
Pass your Apple Developer account details.
Upload your API key file, enter Key ID, and Issuer ID. You can copy the IDs directly from the Users and Access section > Integrations tab in your Apple Developer account.
Once submitted, we'll start preparing your iOS and Android mobile apps. Once they're live, we'll inform you via email. If the mobile app has been rejected, we'll resubmit it to Apple and Google within 48 hours.
When publishing apps, we use our template descriptions, keywords, and screenshots for the initial app listing. Once published under your brand, you can update the listing as needed.
Prepare for submission
Apple and Google review your app's content and functionality. Missing content is a common cause for rejection and can significantly delay your launch.
To ensure smooth approval, complete the following before submission:
Ensure your privacy policy and terms of use are compliant and include your network name.
Create a post on the Feed page. This could be a message to welcome your first members.
Create an upcoming event on the Events page with a description and cover photo. The event can be scheduled for any future date, and you can always edit or delete it after your apps are published.
Complete the Information page with photos of your space, a description, contact details, location schedule, and any other relevant information.
Access member mobile apps
Once your member mobile apps are published, your landing page will automatically be updated with App Store and Google Play badges with direct links for customers to download your member mobile app.
You can also copy and share direct links to download your member mobile apps through your website, QR codes, social media, or advertisements. Promote mobile apps
To download the member mobile app, the device must have Android 8.0 or higher, or iOS 15.1 or later.
