Get fully white-labeled mobile apps for your space to enhance your brand presence and improve user engagement. The mobile apps support your own logo, custom brand colors, and branded push notifications. They are available on Google Play and the App Store for public access.
A mobile app add-on also includes free usage of Room Display and Reception apps.
Prerequisites:
An account with Apple Developer for the organization.
Transparent 72x72px app logo in SVG format without a background. Google and Apple requirements
Hex color for your background that should appear behind the foreground graphic.
Order mobile apps:
Log in as an owner and navigate to the (...) More > Network Settings > Mobile Apps.

and follow the steps on the screen to upload your foreground graphic and background color and pass your Apple Developer's account details.Submit the form, and we'll start preparing your branded mobile apps to include their publication in the upcoming mobile release.
The apps are published only with the following mobile release, which is scheduled to happen once a month. If the mobile app has been rejected, we'll resubmit it to Apple and Google within 48 hours.
4. Receive an email confirming that your mobile apps are published.
When we release mobile apps, we use template descriptions, keywords and screenshots. Thus, even though the app is released under your brand, the initial app listing is automatically generated by us based on general templates. Once the apps are published, you can update the app listings.
Publication of the mobile apps on Google Play and App Store is available only with the Mobile App add-on.
Prepare for submission
To ensure your mobile apps are approved by Google and Apple from the first time, it's important to have a well-prepared app with engaging and interactive content. Follow these steps to streamline the submission process:
Add a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to your app.
Create a post on the Feed page with images and text. This could be a message to welcome your first members, for example.
Create any upcoming event on the Events page a description and cover photo. The event can be scheduled for any future date, and you can always edit or delete it after your apps are published.
Complete the Information page with photos of your space, a description, contact details, location schedule, and any other relevant information.
Prepare your Apple Developer account for the mobile app submission. Make sure to:
Accept Apple Developer membership and have it active.
