Easily upload the new icon for your apps.

Update the member web portal

  1. Log in as an owner and navigate to Network Settings > General.

  2. Tap on your current icon > select a new file from the device.

Your web app will be updated instantly when your icon is uploaded.

Before uploading, make sure your icons meets these requirements and recommendations.

Update the member mobile app

  1. Log in as an owner and go to Network Settings > Mobile Apps.

  2. Tap on Foreground Graphic and upload your SVG logo.

  3. Check the preview. If everything seems fine for you, leave the page. If any image on the preview doesn't display your icon properly, double-check the requirements and upload the corrected logo.

  4. Contact support and notify us about the icon uploaded, and we'll instantly update it for your Android app in the Google Play Store.

  5. Wait for the mobile release so that the new icon for the iOS app on the App Store is updated with the new app version published.

Before uploading, ensure your mobile app icon meets Google and Apple requirements. Icons of low-quality or non-compliant icons may result in app rejection.
