The member mobile app offers seamless access to all services and resources, reflecting the content from the member web portal. This ensures your customers stay up to date and can easily access services on the go, directly from their smartphones.
Access member mobile app
Your customers can access the member mobile app in several ways:
Via the landing page
Your landing page will automatically be updated to include direct links to the app on both the App Store and Google Play.
Via email
If a customer has already downloaded a member mobile app to their smartphone, they will be automatically redirected there from the emails they receive from the app (e.g. when invited to join, receive an invoice, etc.)
Via marketing channels
Share direct links to download the member mobile app on App Store or Google Play through your website, social media, or advertisements. Check out Spacebring’s tips on promoting member web portal and mobile app.
Direct sharing
Provide the link directly to new customers who want to book a resource or access your services via the member mobile app.
Log in to member mobile app
To log in, users open the member mobile app and do the following:
1. Tap Log In
top right.
2. Enter a valid email address and press Continue
.
3. Enter the six-digit one-time login code sent to the email entered in the previous step.
The onboarding process will be initiated for new users while existing users will be redirected to the member mobile app immediately.
Log out from member mobile app
To log out from the member mobile app, users do the following:
Go to the Account page by clicking on the icon with the "Person" icon bottom right.
Click (...) menu top right >
Log Out
