Create a parking space booking
To book a parking space, go to Locations > Parking and select the following details:
To create a parking booking, users choose the following details:
Parking space - what they want to book.
Date — the necessary booking date.
Time — the desired time slot (if parking is available for hourly booking).
You can set up parking for hourly or full-day booking by configuring Min time, Max time, and Availability increment.
In the booking form, users choose:
Booker — user for whom the booking should be made. This feature is exclusive to administrators and company managers, who have the authority to create bookings on behalf of company members when needed.
Company managers can make parking bookings for other company members either with company credits, or a company invoice.
Memo — a private note visible only to the user and administrators.
Payment — Understand payment methods. The total price for a booking is calculated based on the price tiers added for this parking lot.
Once a parking booking is made, users can add it to their Google Calendar.
Users can book only one parking spot at a time.
How users see their parking bookings
Users can see their parking bookings on the Account > Bookings page.
Upcoming bookings appear for them as a reminder on the banner on the Locations page.
Users receive notifications-reminders before the booking starts and ends. Understand users' notifications
Manage a parking booking
To manage a parking booking, users follow these steps:
Open the booking on the Account > Bookings page.
Press
Edit
top right to reschedule it according to the rescheduling policy.Press

below it to cancel it.
The following changes to the parking bookings are allowed:

Date and start time | Editable up to a certain time before the booking starts, per parking rescheduling policy.
Adjusting the start time automatically updates the end time to maintain the initial duration. | Editable up to a certain time before the booking starts with additional credits charged or refunded per parking rescheduling policy.

Users can’t change the duration of a parking booking made online with card or bank account. To extend the booking, they should create a booking for a new time slot.
If the booking was made with personal or company invoice, users can change the duration of their booking per parking rescheduling policy. The invoice will be updated automatically to reflect the changes.
How administrators view parking bookings and availability
Administrators can track all parking bookings in the following ways:
On the Parking page
Go to Resources > Parking in Spacebring.
Open the "Bookings" tab and select a date if needed.
View all bookings, visually showing the booker's name and duration.
Quickly check specific booking when a customer inquires.
Click on a booking to see its details.
On the Notifications page
Track all new parking bookings on the Notifications page. Manage admin notifications

To check parking bookings of a specific customer:
