Create a desk booking

To book a desk, go to Locations > Desks, and select a date and number of seats you want to book.

Users can click on the desk or on the ⓘ button next to it to view the desk description and properties.

To create a desk booking, users choose the following details:

  • Date — select the necessary date.

  • Seats — adjust the number of seats if necessary.

  • Time — select the desired time.

  • Memo — a private note visible only to the user and administrators.

  • Promo Code or Coupon — allows a user to redeem a discount on the desk booking if they qualify for any discounts.

  • Payment — select the payment method with which they want to pay. Understand payment methods.

Once a desk booking is made on the app, users can add it to their Google Calendar.

View desk bookings

Users view their own desk bookings on the Account > Desk Bookings page and can manage them from this page. They also see upcoming bookings on the banner on the main Locations page and receive push notifications about upcoming desk bookings. Understand users' notifications

Edit or cancel a desk booking

To edit a desk booking, users follow these steps:

  1. Open the booking > press Edit top right.

  2. Make changes or press Cancel to cancel a booking.

The following changes to the desk bookings are allowed:

  • Rescheduling bookings for another date according to the rescheduling policy.

  • Cancelling bookings.

If users create a desk booking for a few hours, editing its duration is impossible. Users must create a booking for a new time slot to extend the bookings.
