Create a desk booking
To book a desk, go to Locations > Desks, and select a date and number of seats you want to book.
Bookers can click on the desk or on the ⓘ button next to it to view the desk description and properties.
To create a desk booking, users choose the following details:
Date — select the necessary date.
Seats — adjust the number of seats if necessary.
Booker — a user who owns the booking. Administrators can book on behalf of members.
Memo — a private note visible only to a booker and administrators.
Payment — select the payment method with which they want to pay. Understand payment methods.
Once a desk booking is made on the app, users can add it to their Google Calendar.
Manage access to certain desks in your app by using the "Visibility" and "Booking" permissions when creating or editing a desk.
View desk bookings
Bookers view their own desk bookings on the Account > Desk Bookings page and can manage them from this page. They also see upcoming bookings on the banner on the main Locations page and receive push notifications about upcoming desk bookings. Understand users' notifications
Administrators can view all desk bookings on the required day by going to the Desks page > pressing the list button top right.
Administrators view desk bookings of a specific user on Community > select a user under the "Users" tab or go to Nonmembers > Desk Bookings page.
For detailed desk booking reports, administrators use custom reports in Analytics.
Edit or cancel a desk booking
To edit a desk booking, users follow these steps:
Bookers can edit the date and time of the booking (if a booking has yet to start).
Bookers can cancel a booking only before it starts. Administrators can cancel bookings at any time.
If a booking is paid, the refund is processed depending on the payment method, as the app prompts suggest. Refund a transaction
