Your branded web and mobile apps greatly maximize brand awareness and customer loyalty. Also, the app offers features to convert visitors into paying customers. Below, we've shared a set of recommendations for you to make it easier for people to find your apps and get the most out of them.
App links on marketing website
Consider integrating links to your app's room or desk booking pages, plans, or events into your marketing website. You can easily do it by copying links to the specific content or page in the app and embedding them into your website's call-to-action buttons such as "Sign Up", "Join" or "Book" etc.
Find instructions on how to copy links to the necessary app content and tips on integrating the app with the marketing website in this guide.
For example, you can check our customer's FoundrSpace marketing site and view how they integrated the links to their membership plans.
Attach app links to advertisement campaigns
Adding links to your app's room or desk booking pages, plan sign-ups, or events in your advertisements allows you not only to sell more but also to track ad conversions. For example, you can keep track of such events as purchases, logins, checkouts, and more.
To attach the link from your app to the ads, follow these steps:
Go to your app and find the service which you want to promote. For example, if you want to promote a membership plan, you need to go to Locations > Settings > Plans > press (...) next to this plan > press "Share Public Link." The link has been copied. To copy links to other services, you can always use the "Share" button next to them.
Embed the copied link to the call to action button inside your advertisement. We recommend such calls to action as "Sign Up" or "Become Member."
Configure integrations with Meta Pixel or Google Ads to track conversion.
Before launching your campaign, ensure that the service you promote has "Public" visibility enabled. If it's a plan, make sure it has the "Sign-Up" option turned on.
Promo codes for discounts
Offering promo codes for discounts on bookings or other purchases redeemable within your app is an excellent strategy to encourage new users to install your apps and book your services via the app. This not only promotes your app but also makes users acquainted with your app and provides them with a quick overview of all the services you offer, increasing the likelihood of repeat bookings and purchases.
Include promo codes and links to the discounted resources in the app in your ads and marketing materials to maximize user engagement.

Google Play and App Store badges
People can easily recognize and trust the official Google Play and App Store badges. You can use these badges in your marketing materials if you have branded mobile apps. Consider:
Featuring the badges on your website footer.
Adding the badges to your newsletters.
Featuring the badges in your printed materials, such as business cards, leaflets, and stickers.
Featuring the badges in your corporate email footer.
To access links to your mobile apps, the owner needs to go to the (...) More > Network Settings page > Mobile Apps.

QR codes around your space
Wherever your members go, it's always useful to remind them of the existence of your apps. You may want to consider generating QR codes for different app pages (Rooms, Desks, Shop, Events, Support, Feed, Sign-up) and placing them in the appropriate areas of your space.
