Your branded web and mobile apps greatly maximize brand awareness and customer loyalty. Also, the app offers features to convert visitors into paying customers through your apps, such as public visibility. With your help, people will be able to find and start using your apps right away. Below, we've shared a set of recommendations for you to make it easier for people to find your apps.

Learn how to use these recommendations to onboard and activate your members better in our YouTube video.

App links on marketing website

Consider integrating links to your app's room or desk booking pages, plans, or events into your marketing website. You can easily do it by copying links to the specific content or page in the app and embedding them into your website's call-to-action buttons such as "Sign Up", "Join" or "Book" etc.

Find instructions on how to copy links to the necessary app content and tips on integrating the app with the marketing website in this guide.

For example, you can check our customer's FoundrSpace marketing site and view how they integrated the links to their membership plans.

Attach app links to ads

It's a good idea to add links to your app's room or desk booking pages, plan sign-up page, or events in your advertisements.

Moreover, your app supports integrations with Google Ads and Meta Pixel, which makes it easy for you to track ad conversions and monitor your users' behavior. For example, you can keep track of such events as purchases, logins, checkouts, and more.

Google Play and App Store badges

People can easily recognize and trust the official Google Play and App Store badges. You can use these badges in your marketing materials if you have branded mobile apps. Consider:

  • Featuring the badges on your website footer.

  • Adding the badges to your newsletters.

  • Featuring the badges in your printed materials, such as business cards, leaflets, and stickers.

  • Featuring the badges in your corporate email footer.

To access links to your mobile apps, the owner needs to go to the (...) More > Network Settings page > Mobile Apps.

Here is a great example of our customer Culture Co-Working marketing site, which has Google Plan and App Store badges.

QR codes around your space

Wherever your members go, it's always useful to remind them of the existence of your apps. You may want to consider generating QR codes for different app pages (Rooms, Desks, Shop, Events, Support, Feed, Sign-up) and placing them in the appropriate areas of your space.

Find helpful tips on which QR codes to create for your reception, kitchen, meeting rooms, restroom, printing area, and event space in this guide.

Take a look at the example of how our customer Creative States placed a QR code in their space.

Soft launching with your app

Months before opening, you can start growing interest and awareness of your business offers, generating leads, and encouraging people to create accounts with the help of your app.
