Users can subscribe to membership plans and pay independently, saving administrators time and effort while increasing revenue. Self-sign-up is ideal for plans that don’t require administrator approval, allowing users to join on their own.
For plans that require verification, configure sign-up requests instead.
Users can sign up for plans in two ways:
From the
Sign upbutton, orDirectly from a specific resource page (Rooms, Desks, Offices, Parking, or Equipment).
Configure sign-ups via the "Sign up" button
It's best to configure plan sign-ups via the Sign up button for plans that:
Don't provide users with their own assigned resource (e.g., room, dedicated desk, office, parking space or equipment).
Provide general coworking access or shared-use membership.
Include a package of credits or day passes for on-demand bookings.

Configure sign-ups for resources
It's best to configure plan sign-ups via resources for plans that provide long-term rentals of specific resources. By subscribing to a plan via the resource page, users get this resource (room, desk, office, parking space, or equipment) assigned to them.
To set it up:
Disable the "Sign-up" switch.
Go to the Resources > Rooms, Desks, Offices, Parking, or Equipment.
Create or edit the resource (room, desk, office, etc.) to which the plan should be tied.
Enable the "Plans" switch and link the plan inside the resource settings.
Choose whether the subscription to this plan gives the customer 1 seat/space/item or the entire room/desk/office/parking lot/equipment assigned to them.
Save the changes.

Copy the plan public link to share a direct sign-up link on your marketing website and social media.
Incentivize new sign-ups by offering one-time or temporary discounts on membership plans through sharing promo codes with targeted users. The discount will apply to the member's subscription invoices based on the coupon's "Duration type" setting.
