Users can apply for membership plans in your app, allowing administrators to verify and approve or reject their requests.
Configure plan sign-up requests
Create or edit a plan and select "Request" as the sign-up "Type" for the plans that require administrator verification and do not allow immediate independent sign-up by users.
Have the Support page enabled and set to "Public" visibility so all users can submit requests and see administrators' replies to their requests.
If the Support page is disabled in the location or doesn't have "Public" visibility, users see the "No permission to complete the action" error and cannot apply.
Use Cases
Plan sign-up requests are ideal for:
Niched spaces requiring user’s personal or professional verification before subscribing to any plan.
