Before accessing all the membership perks or booking with you for the first time, the new users are guided through a straightforward and welcoming onboarding process. The process is designed to collect all the essential information about the user, such as name and surname, and their consent for privacy and terms.
Users can see all public content in the app and access the pricing of your services even if they haven't logged in or finished the onboarding process. However, users must log in and finish the onboarding to make a booking or payment in the app.
How the onboarding process looks like
Once a new user logs in for the first time, they see a welcome screen:

and consent to your organization's privacy policy.
3. Users enter their personal information.
If an administrator invites the user, the fields will be prefilled with the data the administrator enters on the "New invitation" page.
4. Users review and accept your organization's terms of use.
5. Now the user is ready to go π. They are prompted to find your contacts and location guides on the Information page, thus make sure to add all the essential information to this page.
What users see after the onboarding
The content users see in the app after onboarding is determined by visibility and user role.

Members can access all the perks of their plan (credits, discounts, opening doors with Kisi, etc.) only when they log into the app under the email address registered as a member and finish the onboarding process.

What information does the app collect from the user?
During the initial registration, the app collects the user's name, email address, and agreement to the privacy policy and terms of use. Additionally, there are some optional fields such as a photo, phone number, and an "About" section. When the user is making the first purchase, the app collects their billing details in the optional field. If the user signs up for a plan on behalf of a company, the user must also enter the company name.
