Give discounts on your services as a perk for members with plans

Membership plans may include discounts on different services and resources in your space as part of the plan benefits.

Discount types

  • Money (payments made with a card, invoices)

  • Credits (payments made with company or personal credits)

Set discounts in plans

  1. Ensure you have set full nonmember prices for your products and services.

  2. Go to Billing > Plans > edit an existing plan or create a new one.

  3. Scroll to the "Discounts" section to apply discounts on specific resources or services (e.g., 30% off on Rooms, 50% off on Events, etc.)

This discount will be available to new subscribers only. Existing members with this plan will not receive the discount.

How customers see discounts

Customers will see discounted prices on pages where the discount is enabled and while booking these resources, both in the member web portal and mobile app. For example, if a discount is enabled for Rooms, users will see the reduced prices for all rooms.

The discount is also reflected in the users transaction and PDF receipt.

Set discounts in members' subscriptions

To help you reward long-term loyalty and fulfill specific partnership agreements, you can apply unique discounts to individual or company subscriptions.

  1. In Customers, select a user or a company and edit their subscription or create a new subscription.

  2. Edit or create their subscription item after pressing Items and scroll down to the "Discounts" section.

  3. Add the necessary discount and press Save. The change takes effect immediately and if the subscription has already started, members will see the discounted prices right away.

For expiring discounts, limited-redemption discounts, or discounts on individual resources rather than the entire page, use coupons and promo codes instead of subscription-based discounts.

Notes

  • Discounts apply to relevant prices across all locations.

  • If a user has discounts from both personal and company subscriptions, the higher discount takes precedence.

  • To apply discounts to prices in credits, configure Location settings.
