Your membership plans may include discounts on different services and resources in your space as a part of the plan benefits.
Discount types
Money (payments made with card, wallet, invoices)
Credits (payments made with company or personal credits)
Set discounts in plans
Ensure you have set full nonmember prices for your products and services in the app.
Go to Spacebring > Billing > Plans > edit an existing plan or create a new one to include discounts for certain app pages (e.g., 30% on Rooms page, 50% on Events, etc.).
3. Create a subscription for a user or company by selecting this plan or letting users sign up for this plan by themselves.
4. Once the user's or company's subscription starts, eligible users will see the discounted prices for all services on the pages for which the discount is enabled across the member web portal and member mobile app. For instance, if the discount is enabled for Rooms, users see the reduced price for all rooms.
For expiring discounts, limited-redemption discounts, or discounts on individual resources rather than the entire app page, use coupons and promo codes instead of subscription-based discounts.
Notes
Discounts apply to the relevant prices across all locations.
A more significant discount applies if a user has discounts in two subscriptions (personal and company).
To give a discount on the prices in credits as well, enable the "Discount" switch in Spacebring > tap (...) button next to the location name > Location Settings > Credits.
