Spacebring gives administrators improved control over user payments and enables users to independently access and manage their billing data.
For administrators:
Admins go to Spacebring > Customers > pick a user/a company > Billing page. Admins can access the following:
Manage invoices and view transactions of this user/company
Access Stripe Customer page (if you have the integration with Stripe connected)
View the payment methods added by the user or company manager
Manage the billing details of this user/company
Manage the billing email to send invoices and receipts to other users in addition to company managers
Manage the "Auto-Pay" and "Auto-Invoice" properties
Enable and apply alternative currency for this user/company.

For users:
Individual users and company managers go to Locations > Membership > Billing (below personal account or under their company name) and do the following:
View the individual and company invoices and transactions
View the current subscription details
Add a payment method, update it, and save as default.
Manage the billing email to have all invoices and receipts sent to other users in addition to their company managers
Grant payment method permissions for company users.
