Administrators can check in event attendees to keep track of who's arrived. Follow the steps below to check in attendee.
1. Open event attendee profile by either:
–Scanning the QR code of the event attendee's ticket with the phone's camera. Event attendee can open the ticket by navigating to Account > Tickets.
– Selecting the event attendee on the event details page.
2. Tap Check In
at the bottom of the event attendee details page. Only administrators see the Check In
button. Checked-in event attendees have a green checkbox next to their name on the attendees' list.
It is not obligatory to have the mobile app to check in event attendees. Checking in attendees is possible on both web and mobile apps.
