Use coupons and promo codes to track your members' referrals.

Your members can share unique promo codes with their friends and family. Administrators track who referred new users and reward members accordingly.

Organize the referral program

  1. Create a coupon for the service, which you would allow your members' friends to buy after the referral. For example, it can be a coupon for room or desk bookings, event tickets, or plan sign-up.

  2. Create a promo code unique for a specific member. The promo code text can contain your member's name to easily track their referrals (e.g., "AMANDA24").

  3. Share the created promo code with the user who wants to refer your coworking space to their friends in a chat message.

  4. Wait until users share the promo codes with their friends, and those start redeeming the promo code at the checkout.

Track members' referrals

By checking out the redemptions of the specific promo code, you can track how many new users the specific member brought you and reward your members accordingly.

  1. To check the number of redemptions of the specific promo code, go to Locations > Settings > Discounts > tap on the coupon > click on the necessary promo code. For example, below the "AMANDA24" promo code, you can find all users who redeemed the promo code shared by Amanda.

  2. To reward members for successfully referring your services, offer them a discount on their subscription, additional promo codes for their usage, extra credits, or day passes.

Implementing rewards for referring new users will motivate members to continue promoting your space and help you attract new customers.
