Automated integration

QuickBooks Online

Integration via accounting email

Spacebring lets you add an accounting email address to automatically forward all issued invoices and receipts in the location to a specific inbox of your accounting system.


If your accounting software is not QuickBooks Online or Xero, but supports scanning emails with invoice and receipt attachments, this allows for creating seamless automation. Add your accounting email to Spacebring

Integraton via Zapier

Spacebring supports a "New Issued Invoice" trigger in Zapier, which includes all invoice data. You can create a Zap that uses this trigger and connects to your accounting platform to create a corresponding invoice there. This enables automatic syncing of all issued invoices from Spacebring to your accounting system.

Integration via API

For custom integrations, Spacebring provides an API that allows you to connect directly with your accounting software and tailor the integration to your workflow.

Manual integration

If neither of the automated integration methods works for you, you can seamlessly export all invoices and receipts in bulk from Spacebring for a specific period using the custom reports feature. Then, import these into your accounting software.
