Integrate with your accounting app
Updated over a week ago

Integrating your app with your preferred accounting platform is essential for seamless financial management and accurate record-keeping. This guide will walk you through both automated and manual integration methods to suit your needs.

Automated

Your app supports many automated methods to synchronize payment into the accounting app. They are listed below:

  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)

If you already use QuickBooks Online for your US business account, following this guide will help you easily integrate your app with QuickBooks Online to automate your accounting processes and save time.

  • Xero

If you already use Xero for accounting purposes, integrate it with your app in 5 minutes to streamline your accounting tasks.

  • Access REST API

If you do not integrate with QuickBooks Online or Xero, you can integrate your app with your accounting software through our REST API. Here’s how.

  • Zapier

If you do not integrate with QuickBooks Online or Xero, you can use the "New Invoice Issued" trigger from Spacebring in Zapier. Choose the accounting app you want to integrate with and select the action that allows you to create the relevant invoice there. It lets you take the essential information about all newly issued invoices in your app and synchronize them to the necessary accounting platform.

Manual

If you don't have QuickBooks and Xero integrations, you can always download your invoices and receipts in CSV and PDF format and manually import them into your accounting platform. Here is how.
