You can always download the PDF of the invoices that have been issued.

Download invoice as an administrator

There are two ways how administrators can download invoices:

  • From the user or company profile

  • From the custom reports

To download the invoice from the user or company profile, administrators do the following:

  1. Navigate to Locations > Community.

  2. Select a user or company.

  3. Tap on the Billing page under the Membership section.

4. Open the Invoices page > select the necessary invoice and click on Download PDF.

To download the invoice from the custom reports, administrators need to do the following:

  1. Go to Locations > Analytics > press Create Report top tight.

  2. In the "Report Type," select "Invoices" type.

  3. Select the time range for which they want to see the invoices issued and press Download.

  4. Open the report in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other app that supports .CSV file format and find the "PDF" column.

  5. Click on the link to the invoice you want to download from the "PDF" column, and the invoice will be automatically downloaded.

To download multiple invoices at once, administrators can simply select the range of links to invoices in the "Invoices" report and use the "Open links" feature available in Google Sheets or any other app that handles hyperlinks. All selected links will be opened at once, and all invoices will be downloaded simultaneously.

Download invoice as a user

  1. Navigate to the Locations > Membership > Billing page.

  2. Tap on Invoices under the "Personal" section to download the personal invoice. To download the company invoice, the company manager needs to choose the Billing > Invoices page under the section with your company name.

3. Select the necessary invoice and click on Download PDF.
