Prerequisites

To enable Luckey integration with Spacebring, make sure you meet these requirements:

  1. Have an active Spacebring subscription with an Essential or higher plan.

  2. Have an API add-on purchased.

Connect the Luckey integration

Before enabling the integration, set up Smartphone Access rules in Luckey for your Spacebring plans or companies. This ensures that newly synced users added to the correct user tag in Luckey automatically receive the appropriate mobile access credentials.

Follow these steps to connect the integration:

  1. The owner needs to navigate to Spacebring > press the menu (...) near the network name > Network settings.

  2. Open the Developers page > copy the Client ID and Client secret.

  3. Head to the Luckey dashboard > Settings > select Spacebring > insert the Client ID and Client secret copied in the previous step.

  4. Select the Spacebring location you’d like to connect to your Luckey system.

Configure access for Luckey

The integration of Spacebring with Luckey allows granting access based on the following conditions:

  • Subscription for the individual user

  • Belonging to a company

Access for subscriptions

To automate access for subscriptions of individual users, do the following:

  1. Go to Spacebring and invite users.

  2. Create subscriptions for new users by selecting a plan from the drop-down list.

Access for companies

To automate access for company users, do the following:

  1. Go to your Spacebring and invite users.

  2. Create a company and add users to the relevant company.

How the Luckey integration works

  • Once the integration is active, users invited to the member web portal or mobile app are automatically synced in real time to the Luckey dashboard—but no access is granted by default.

  • Access is only provided if a user has an individual subscription or is added to a company. Eligible users are automatically assigned the corresponding user tag in Luckey.

  • After synchronization, users receive an email prompting them to activate their Luckey account, which grants them access.

  • To ensure users receive the correct mobile access credentials automatically, configure Smartphone Access rules in Luckey for your plans and companies.

  • If a user's or company’s subscription is canceled, expires, or the user is removed from the company, their Luckey access is automatically revoked.

The subscription remains active from its start date until its end or cancellation date, regardless of the payment status of the member's invoices. To revoke access from the member, schedule a subscription end, or cancel it.

Disconnect the Lucky integration

To disable Lucky, navigate to the Luckey dashboard > Settings > disable Spacebring from there.

Once disabled, the user synchronization between the two platforms will stop working immediately. However, all users and Luckey Smart Tags that have already been synchronized will remain on the platform.
