Reporting and blocking users is important for maintaining a safe and respectful community within your space. By following these steps, users can help keep themselves and others protected from harmful or inappropriate behavior.
Report a user
Users can report others to the administrator for any offensive behavior in the following way:
Open the other user's profile from Chats, Feed, or any other page.
Click the menu (...) in the top right corner and select
Report.Confirm your report by clicking
OKin the dialogue window.
How reporting a user works
Administrators receive a notification and can proceed with managing this report individually.
The reported user isn't notified about any action against them.
Reporting the user does not restrict this user's activity in any form until they are blocked, removed from Customers, or added to the blaclkist.
Block your profile to a user
Users can block their profile to certain other users to hide their activity and personal information from them in the following way:
Open the other user's profile from Chats, Feed, or any other page.
Click the menu (...) in the top right corner and select
Block.Confirm clicking
OKin the dialogue window.
How blocking your profile to a user works
The blocked user cannot see your name and personal details on the Community page, contact you in chat, or see your booking details.
To the blocked member, your profile in member web portal or mobile apps will appear as "Unavailable user".
Reporting and blocking features are available to users in member web portal or mobile app. Administrators, on the other hand, can blacklist users from the admin portal.
