Visitor management allows members to preregister guests, approve unregistered guests, and get arrival notifications. Visitors use the Reception app at the front desk to streamline visitor registrations, check-in, and check-out.
Enable Visitors
Start by enabling the "Visitors" switch on Location Settings page by pressing the menu (...) near the location name > Visitors.
The Visitors page allows you to do the following:
Set a visibility that will define who can see the Visitors page.
Select the data that visitors can use to search for their hosts in the "Host Search" section. The host's full name is mandatory.
Enable "Check Out" if you want visitors to check out.
Enable "Leave Contacts" if you want to use collecting contacts too.
Your members will discover the Visitors page and will be able to invite visitors and approve visit requests.
Enable Reception app
Enable the Reception app to let your visitors check themselves in and out.
