Learn how to effectively manage and retain members across multiple locations

Updated over a week ago

Managing members across multiple locations can be challenging, especially when striving to maintain high levels of engagement and retention. This article shares best practices to streamline member management, boost loyalty, and maintain strong engagement.

Give discounts

By giving members discounts with a plan, administrators can notify the members that discounts can be used cross-location by default, allowing members to discover more of your spaces.

Enable cross-location credits

By enabling credits cross-location, owners can allow members to spend their credits from one location in other network locations.

When the percentage value is configured, members will be able to use their personal or company credits in other locations.

Configure resource visibility

By setting resources' visibility in all locations to "Network Members" or "Public", administrators can give members access to see, book, and purchase resources across all locations.

The visibility set to "Public" will not only help your existing members discover other locations but also attract first-time customers.

Use promo codes

By creating and sharing the promo codes with members to resources in other locations, administrators can encourage the users to explore more, making them feel rewarded for their service.

Such a strategy will not only help members visit more locations but also promote less-popular services by offering discounts for specific resources you want to be sold more often.
