The custom reports in your app empower you to track the growth of the user base in your space.
Navigate to the Locations > Analytics page > press
Create reporttop right and download the "Users" report type.Use filtering for the "Creation date" column to see how many new customers have joined your space each month or over a specific time period.
For instance, in the screenshot below, we can observe that 11 new customers have joined the space since the beginning of 2024.
3. Filter the "Type" column to see only:
Members - the number of new members who joined the Community within the specific timeframe.
Nonmembers - the number of new users who made their first booking or purchase in your app within the specific timeframe.
