The Analytics page (the "Analytics" icon next to the location's name) serves as a comprehensive dashboard that provides key performance indicators and metrics for your workspace. This powerful tool enables you to track and analyze important data points such as invoices, volume, room, desk bookings, and much more.

View Analytics

  1. Log in to your app as an administrator.

  2. Open the Locations > Analytics page by pressing the "Analytics" icon next to the location's name.

  3. Get a quick overview of all dashboards for the current month's data.

By digging into each dashboard, you can get a consolidated view of the following app stats:

  • Community: provides the number of individual users and companies within your workspace community.

  • Subscriptions: allows you to monitor your active subscriptions and provides details on the number of members with subscriptions. You can analyze popular subscription periods and identify the most popular subscription plans in terms of quantity and volume.

  • Invoices: shows the quantity and volume of the invoices of different statuses within different periods of time (a week, a month, half a year, or a year).

  • Payments: gives detailed statistics on the payments made for each resource you offer during a selected period (a week, a month, half a year, or a year).

  • Occupancy: displays the real-time occupancy rate of your space and allows for tracking available and assigned to companies rooms, desks, and offices on a timeline.

  • Rooms: features all room bookings by payment method and overall volume generated during a selected period (a week, a month, half a year, or a year).

  • Desks: provides insights into desk bookings by desk type, volume generated per desk type, bookings by payment method, and overall volume generated during a selected time period (a week, a month, half a year, or a year).

  • Feed: showcases statistics on posts, likes, and comments, and provides a graphical representation of activity trends during a selected time period (a week, a month, half a year, or a year).

  • Events: provides insights into attendees by payment method and displays the overall volume generated during a selected time period (a week, a month, half a year, or a year).
