Track all user registrations in the app via Zapier
Track all user registrations in the app via Zapier

Get information about new registered users in your app with the help of Zapier integration.

Updated over a week ago

You may need to collect information about newly registered users in your app for several purposes:

  • To have the contact information of the leads who registered in your app to reach out to them and convert them into paying customers.

  • To know when your users agreed to your terms of use and privacy policy when registering in the app for your legal purposes.

To configure a Zappier trigger for collecting information on newly registered users, follow these steps:

Configure Zapier trigger

  1. Log in to Zapier and press "Create Zap."

  2. On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > choose the "New Network Registration" event.

  3. Log in to your Spacebring account (with an email as the owner) > select your network from the drop-down list.

  4. Continue and test your trigger. While testing a trigger, Zapier will find the recently registered users in your network. Select any of them and proceed further.

If you see the error code "User has no permission" in Zapier, it means that you logged in to your Spacebring account, not as an owner. Please make sure to log under your owner's email address to configure Zap.

Configure Zapier action

  1. On the "Action" step, select the app for sending or processing information about newly registered users. For instance, you can use Google Sheets to add the information about the newly registered users there, or Mailchimp to invite all newly logged in users to the specific audience, etc.

  2. Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.

How Zapier integration works

With this integration, each time a new user registers in the app, your app will trigger it to Zapier, and the personal information with which they created their account will be synchronized to the app you selected for action.

You can export the following information about the registered users from Zapier:

  • User ID

  • Privacy policy consent date

  • Terms of use consent date

  • User email

  • User name

  • User surname (if available)

  • Phone number (if available)
