Zapier integration allows you to automate sending email booking confirmations.

Send confirmations of bookings
Add all your resources in Spacebring.
Create a test booking in Spacebring so that Zapier can run a trigger successfully.
Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap.
On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > "New Booking" trigger event.
Choose your Spacebring account (administrator email address) > select location. Skip the "Resource Types" (e.g. rooms, hot desks, etc.) and "Resource" fields if you'd like to send confirmation for all bookings made.
Select “True” in “Include only Confirmed Bookings” > continue and test your trigger.
On the "Action" step, select the app for sending confirmations (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, etc.)
Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.
Every time a resource is booked in your member web portal or mobile app, the confirmation will be emailed to the specified email address.
The update frequency of your Zapier automation depends on your Zapier plan. We recommend checking with Zapier for details on how often your data will be updated.
