Track expiring subscriptions
You might want to notify your members in advance when their subscription is about to expire. Ideal for sending automated renewal reminders, offering special retention deals, or updating user status in other platforms.
Configure Zapier trigger
Log in to Zapier and press "Create zap."
On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > choose the "Subscription Expiring" event.
Log in to your Spacebring account (with an email as the owner) > select your network and the necessary location from the drop-down list.
Set the necessary "End Date On or Before" - only subscriptions with an end date on or before this date will trigger the action.
Continue and test your trigger. While testing a trigger, Zapier will find the most recent expiring subscriptions in your location. Select any of them and test your trigger.
For the second step, select Delay by Zapier among other apps > choose the "Delay For" event.
Configure the "Time For Delay" properties. For example, if you want to send notify users about their subscription expiration a week before, set 1 week. Continue and test your trigger.
Configure Zapier action
Press "+" to add a new step > select the app for sending confirmations (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, etc.).
Fill in all required fields, turn on, test this step and publish your Zap.
As a result, each time a member’s subscription expires, Spacebring triggers the event in Zapier, allowing you to automatically send an email notification or take other actions.
Send emails to new subscribers
You might want to automatically send a personalized email to users who purchases a membership plan in your location. To set up such automation, follow the instructions below.
Configure Zapier trigger
Log in to Zapier and press "Create zap."
On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > choose the "Subscription Purchased" event.
Log in to your Spacebring account (with an email as the owner) > select your network and the necessary location from the drop-down list.
Continue and test your trigger. While testing a trigger, Zapier will find the most recent plans purchased in your location. Select any of them and test your trigger.
Configure Zapier action
On the "Action" step, select the app for sending confirmations (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, etc.)
Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.
As a result, each time a user subscribes to any of your plans, Spacebring triggers the event in Zapier, allowing you to automatically send an email notification or take other actions.
If you see the error code "User has no permission" in Zapier, it means that you logged in to your Spacebring account, not as an owner. Please make sure to log under your owner's email address to configure Zap.
If you want to automate a different action instead of sending emails, select the desired app for processing new user information on the "Action" step > fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.
