To be able to download and use your white-label mobile applications along with Room Display and Reception apps, it's essential to ensure that your device meets the requirements. Below are the requirements for different types of devices:

Android device requirements for Branded Mobile Apps

To download and use our Android apps, ensure your device meets the following requirements:

  • Operating System: Android 8.0 or above.

  • Your device must support Google Play Services.

iOS device requirements for Branded Mobile Apps

Depending on the type of your Apple device, ensure the following iOS versions are met:

  • iPhone: iOS 15.1 or later.

  • iPad: iPadOS 15.1 or later.

  • iPod touch: iOS 15.1 or later.

For Mac users, ensure your device meets these specifications:

  • Operating System: MacOS 11.0 or later.

  • Processor: A Mac with an Apple M1 chip or later is required for compatibility.

Room Display and Reception apps tablet requirements

To start using Room Display and Reception apps, you need to download them to a supported tablet device. Make sure that your tablet meets the requirements for downloading an Android or iPadOS mobile app described above, as well as the following requirements:

  • Screen Size: A minimum screen size of 7 inches.

  • Google Play (for Android) or the App Store (for iPadOS).
