Content sorting is aimed at being intuitive and convenient for users, and it varies across different pages and platforms.

Locations

On the landing page

Locations on the landing page are sorted alphabetically by their title.

On the Locations page

The order of the locations on the main screen (on the Locations page) in the member web portal and mobile apps depends on the user's geolocation. If the user allows tracking their current geolocation, the locations are sorted in the following order:

  1. The location where the user is a member (if the user is a member of any location) stays at the top of the page.

  2. Locations are arranged from nearest to furthest based on the user's geolocation.

If the user didn't allow geolocation checking, the locations are sorted in the following order:

  1. Locations where a user has either an administrator or a member role.

  2. All other locations.

Resources

Rooms

Rooms are sorted in the following order:

  1. Rooms assigned to you will appear first.

  2. By the resource title.

  3. By the resource create date (from the oldest to the most recent).

Desks, Offices, Parking lots

Desks and offices are sorted in the following order:

  1. Resources assigned to you will appear first (if the entire resource is assigned).

  2. Resources with more than 0 available seats.

  3. Resources with an equal or higher number of seats (if a specific number of seats in the filters is selected).

  4. By the resource title.

  5. By the resource create date (from the oldest to the most recent).

Guides

Location guides are sorted alphabetically by their title.

Users & Companies

On the Community page in the member web portal and mobile app, users and companies are sorted alphabetically by their name.

On the Customers page in Spacebring, users and companies are also sorted alphabetically, and administrators can filter them based on your preferences using the header row.

  • Filter users by their subscription details by clicking on "Subscription", "Renews" or "Ends".

  • Filter users by the sum of their unpaid and draft invoices by clicking on "Invoices."

Plans

  • Plans are sorted by price, from the cheapest to the most expensive in the member web portal and mobile app.

  • Plans in Spacebring on the Billing > Plans page are sorted alphabetically by their title.

Feed posts

Posts are sorted from the most recent to the oldest.

Events

The Event feed displays upcoming events followed by the past events in the following order:

  1. The upcoming events from the nearest to the furthest in the future.

  2. When the list of all upcoming events is ended, all the past events are shown in chronological order from the earliest to the latest.

Benefits

  • Benefit categories in the member web portal and mobile app are sorted alphabetically by their title.

  • Benefits in the member web portal and mobile app are sorted according to their update date, starting from the most recently updated.

  • Applications in Spacebring are sorted from the most recent to the oldest.

  • Benefits in Spacebring are sorted alphabetically by their title.

Shop

  • Product categories in the member web portal and mobile app are sorted alphabetically by their title.

  • Products in the member web portal and mobile app are sorted by their update date, starting with the most recently updated.

  • Product options in the member web portal and mobile app are sorted alphabetically by their title.

  • Orders in Spacebring are sorted from the most recent to the oldest.

  • Products in Spacebring are sorted alphabetically by their title.

Support tickets

  • Support tickets are sorted from the most recent to the oldest.

  • Support tickets with the "In Progress" status appear at the top of the page.

  • Support tickets with "Solved" and "Closed" statuses are located under tickets with "New" and "In Progress" statuses.
