The member web portal is your branded web application where users can book resources, access services, make purchases, and more. As an administrator, you may want to go to the member web portal to experience it from your customers' perspective, helping you optimize content and improve engagement.

As an administrator

Once you become a Spacebring customer, you gain access to manage your location through the Spacebring admin dashboard. To access a link to the member web portal, find and click Member Web Portal at the bottom of the left-side panel in the admin dashboard. This opens the portal your customers will see and interact with. You can copy a link to it right from the browser tab.

Once you open the member web portal, you can experience it from the member's perspective, view it exactly as a member would, simulate making bookings and payments, and more.

Admin features and settings are accessible only through the Spacebring admin dashboard. When logging into the member web portal, you will experience it as a member.

As a customer

Your customers can get access to the member web portal in several ways:

  1. Via Invitation: If a customer is your member, invite them to the location, and they will receive an email invitation with a link to access the member web portal.

  2. Via Marketing Channels: Share the member web portal link through your website, social media, advertisements, and other marketing efforts. Check out Spacebring’s tips on promoting member web portal and mobile app.

  3. Direct Sharing: Provide the link directly to new customers who want to book a resource or access your services.

Log in to member web portal

To log in, users open the member web portal via the link and do the following:

  1. Tap Log In top right.

  2. Enter a valid email address and press Continue.

  3. Enter the six-digit one-time login code sent to the email entered in the previous step.

The onboarding process will be initiated for new users while existing users will be redirected to the member web portal immediately.

Log out from member web portal

To log out from the member web portal, users do the following:

  1. Go to the Account page by clicking on the icon wih your photo, name initials or "Person" icon.

  2. Click (...) menu top right > Log Out.

FAQ

What should I do if I or my customer cannot log in?

If you or your customer are facing an issue with logging in, make sure to check the following:

  1. Double-check the correctness of the entered email address. If you made a mistake, press Wrong email? and make the correction.

  2. If you try to log in by entering an incorrect confirmation code 5 times within 20 minutes, you will see an error message about too many login attempts. The app then automatically blocks further login attempts for 20 minutes starting from the first failed attempt. To log in successfully, wait for 20 minutes and try to log in again by entering your email address and the correct confirmation code that arrives upon typing it.

  3. If you are not receiving emails with an OTP code from the app, follow these email delivery troubleshooting steps.
