The theme of the member mobile app follows the device's theme. To change it, users go to the device's settings, find the "Personalization" section, and switch between light or dark mode. The app theme will update automatically.

Update icons for member mobile app

To update icons for the member mobile app, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in as an owner and go to Network settings > Member mobile app.

  2. Tap on Foreground Graphic and upload your SVG logo.

  3. Check the preview. If everything seems fine for you, leave the page. If any image on the preview doesn't display your icon properly, double-check the requirements and upload the corrected logo.

  4. For Android: Contact our support team to notify us about the uploaded icon, and we’ll promptly update it for your Android app on the Google Play Store.

  5. For iOS: Wait for the next mobile app release, as the new icon will be updated with the new app version once it’s published on the App Store.

Before uploading, ensure your mobile app icon meets Google and Apple requirements. Icons of low-quality or non-compliant icons may result in app rejection.

Update member mobile app listing

You can update your App Store or Google Play application page's name, custom screenshots, and privacy policy.

App Store Connect

  1. Log in to App Store Connect as the account owner.

  2. Open My Apps and select your app.

  3. Update your app information:

    1. App name and subtitle on the App Information page under the "General" section of the left navigation panel.

    2. Application screenshots by selecting the latest app version under the "iOS App" section. Screenshot rules and specifications

    3. Privacy Policy on the App Privacy page below the "General" section.

  4. Always press Save top right.

To make specific changes, a new app version is required. If prompted, contact support to create a new version. Your changes will go live once the new version is released in the regular cycle.

All changes must comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. Failure to do so may result in your app being rejected by Apple.

Google Play Console

To update your application, email [email protected] requesting admin access to your Play Store listing. Be sure to include the Google Account you wish to use.

Once access is granted, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Google Play Console using the Google Account that's been granted access to your app.

  2. Select your app in All apps.

  3. Go to the Main store listing under the "Grow" section of the left navigation pane.

  4. Make your changes:

    1. App name

    2. Short description

    3. Long description

    4. Feature graphics according to the specifications mentioned on the page.

    5. Phone screenshots according to the specifications mentioned on the page.

  5. Press Save on the bottom right. Your app store listing should update within a few minutes.
