Use Customer Portal

Customer Portal allows you to manage your subscription for the app. For example, change a credit card, update email for bills, or add a VAT number.

How to find Customer Portal

  1. Log in as an owner and navigate to (...) More > Network Settings > Subscription page.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Subscription page and press “Customer Portal".

How to use Customer Portal

Use Customer Portal to:

  • View existing and add new payment methods.

  • Change billing address.

  • Update the email address for receiving invoices and notifications.

  • Update Tax IDs, which will appear in the invoices.

  • View and download open and paid invoices.
