Accept payments with WayForPay

WayForPay integration allows you to receive online payments in Spacebring.

Connect WayForPay

To activate WayForPay go to Spacebring and do the following:

  1. Go to the Integrations page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name.

  2. Find the WayForPay integration page > press Connect.

  3. Enter your "Merchant login" and "Merchant security key". After that, press Connect.

To enable saving customers' cards for quick payments and Auto-pay, ask the WayForPay support team to enable the option робота з токенами for your WayForPay account. If not enabled, customers will need to re-enter their card details for every payment and manually pay invoices.

Configure WayForPay

  1. Select services for which customers should be able to pay via WayForPay:

    • Bookings

    • Event tickets

    • Shop products

    • Credit packages

    • Invoices

  2. Enable or disable "Automatic refunds" to let users get automatic refunds for canceled bookings, tickets, and orders if eligible. Understand refunds

Automatic refunds are enabled by default as soon as the WayForPay integration is connected.

How WayForPay works

  • The integration adds the "New payment method" option to the Payment methods section around member web portal and mobile app. Users selecting the "New payment method" are redirected to the WayForPay payment page and can use any of the payment methods you enabled for your account.

  • Once users pay by card for the first time, the system saves it to the Membership > Billing page for future quick payments.

  • Users can also add or delete their cards on the Membership > Billing on their own.

Identify users' transactions in WayForPay

You can easily find users' transactions in the WayForPay dashboard using the following unique identifiers:

  • ID — coincides with Order reference in the WayForPay dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the "Transactions" custom report.

  • Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the WayForPay dashboard.

  • Description — the types of purchases users make, such as room bookings, desk bookings, Shop orders, etc.
