WayForPay integration allows you to receive online payments in Spacebring.

Connect WayForPay

To activate WayForPay go to the Integrations page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name > WayForPay > press "Connect".

You will need to enter your "Merchant Login" and "Merchant Security Key". After that, press "Connect".

To make sure WayForPay saves the card after each customers' payment in the member web portal, upon registration of your WayForPay account, please, ask WayForPay support to enable the option робота з токенами.

Configure WayForPay

You can activate payments for the following products:

  • Bookings

  • Event tickets

  • Shop products

  • Credit Packages

  • Invoices

How WayForPay works

  • The integration adds the "New Payment Method" option to the Payment Methods section around member web portal and mobile apps. Users selecting the "New Payment Method" are redirected to the WayForPay payment page and can use any of the payment methods you enabled for your account.

  • Once users pay by card for the first time, the system saves it to the Membership > Payments page for future quick payments.

  • Users can also add or delete their cards on the Membership > Payments on their own.

Enable automatic refunds

Integration with WayForPay allows for automatic refunds for users' canceled monetary payments. To enable automatic refunds, go to the Integrations page > WayForPay > enable the "Refunds" switch.

Users can automatically receive a refund for canceling the following payments:

  • Room bookings

  • Desk bookings

  • Parking lot bookings

  • Event tickets

If enabled, users get automatic refunds according to the rescheduling policy set for the resource they booked or the refund policy set for the event they joined. Understand automatic refunds

Identify users' transactions in WayForPay

You can easily find users' transactions in the WayForPay dashboard using the following unique identifiers:

  • ID — coincides with Order Reference in the WayForPay dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the "Transactions" custom report.

  • Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the WayForPay dashboard.

  • Description — the types of purchases users make, such as room bookings, desk bookings, Shop orders, etc.
