WayForPay integration allows you to receive online payments in Spacebring.

To activate WayForPay go to Spacebring and do the following:

Go to the Integrations page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name.

Find the WayForPay integration page &gt; press <code>Connect</code>.

Enter your "Merchant login" and "Merchant security key". After that, press <code>Connect</code>.

To enable saving customers' cards for quick payments and <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/6861530-manage-auto-pay">Auto-pay</a>, ask the WayForPay support team to enable the option <code>робота з токенами</code> for your WayForPay account. If not enabled, customers will need to re-enter their card details for every payment and manually pay invoices.

Select services for which customers should be able to pay via WayForPay:

- Bookings
- Event tickets
- Shop products
- Credit packages
- Invoices

Enable or disable "Automatic refunds" to let users get automatic refunds for canceled bookings, tickets, and orders if eligible. <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/6861677-understand-refunds">Understand refunds</a>

1. Select services for which customers should be able to pay via WayForPay:
 - Bookings
 - Event tickets
 - Shop products
 - Credit packages
 - Invoices
2. Enable or disable "Automatic refunds" to let users get automatic refunds for canceled bookings, tickets, and orders if eligible. <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/6861677-understand-refunds">Understand refunds</a>

Automatic refunds are enabled by default as soon as the WayForPay integration is connected.

The integration adds the "New payment method" option to the <a href="https://help.andcards.com/en/articles/6854505-understand-payment-methods" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Payment methods</a> section around member web portal and mobile app. Users selecting the "New payment method" are redirected to the WayForPay payment page and can use any of the <a href="https://wayforpay.com/uk/payments" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">payment methods</a> you enabled for your account.

Once users pay by card for the first time, the system saves it to the Membership &gt; Billing page for future quick payments.

Users can also <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/7834708-add-a-payment-method">add</a> or <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/7834737-delete-payment-method">delete </a>their cards on the Membership &gt; Billing on their own.

The <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/8020796-change-the-default-payment-method">default payment method</a> is used for <a href="https://help.spacebring.com/en/articles/6861530-manage-auto-pay">Auto-pay</a>.

Identify users' transactions in WayForPay

You can easily find users' transactions in the WayForPay dashboard using the following unique identifiers:

ID — coincides with <code>Order reference</code> in the WayForPay dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the <a href="http://help.andcards.com/en/articles/6850686-create-custom-reports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">"Transactions" custom report</a>.

Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the WayForPay dashboard. 

Description — the types of purchases users make, such as room bookings, desk bookings, Shop orders, etc.

- ID — coincides with <code>Order reference</code> in the WayForPay dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the <a href="http://help.andcards.com/en/articles/6850686-create-custom-reports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">"Transactions" custom report</a>.
- Time — coincides with the date and time of the transaction in the WayForPay dashboard. 
- Description — the types of purchases users make, such as room bookings, desk bookings, Shop orders, etc.
