Your app Analytics allows you to track sales from all business activities within the space, such as room and desk bookings, membership plans, and others. The Analytics dashboard allows for quick daily and weekly sales monitoring and comparing revenue by periods, while custom reports provide comprehensive sales reports.

Track all sales

Quick daily/weekly tracking

To quickly check all your revenue for a day, week, or ongoing month, go to the Analytics page > Payments tab.

  • The Payments tab itself displays the up-to-date revenue for the ongoing month.

  • The "Volume by source" graph shows revenue from different resources you offer (membership plans, rooms, desks, shop products etc.)

    • Select "7D" or "28D" timeline to check revenue by days.

    • Select "26W" to check revenue by weeks.

    • Select "12M" to check revenue by months.

Generate a comprehensive report by periods

To get a comprehensive report of all transactions made via your app in a certain period, go to the Analytics page > press Create Report top right and select "Transactions" report type.

  1. Set the necessary start and end date for the sales data you want the report to include.

  2. Select "Money" payment method for the report to include only monetary transactions.

  3. Keep "All" in the "Users & Companies" dropdown.

  4. Keep only "Paid" filter for transaction statuses.

The report will allow you to get insights into sales by filtering it by date, calculate revenue from different resources you offer as well as the total revenue for a period, and much more.

Track membership plan sales

Quick daily/weekly tracking

To quickly check your current membership plan sales, go to the Analytics page > Subscriptions tab.

  • The Subscriptions tab itself displays the current number of active subscriptions in your app.

  • The "Subscription items by plan" graph shows the current number of subscriptions for each membership plan.

  • The "Subscription volume by plan" graph shows the recurring revenue from each membership plan.

Generate a comprehensive report by periods

To get a comprehensive report about invoice payments for each membership plan in your app in a certain period, go to the Analytics page > press Create Report top right and select "Invoice Items" report type.

  1. Set the necessary issue start and end date for the invoices you want the report to include.

  2. Filter the "Status" field as required.

The report will allow you to get insights into all the payments for each membership plan, and check the total volume earned from the subscriptions for each membership plan in a specific period.

Track room and desk booking sales

Quick daily/weekly tracking

To quickly check all your revenue from room or desk bookings for a day, week, or ongoing month, go to the Analytics page > Rooms or Desks tab.

  • The Rooms/Desks tab itself displays the up-to-date number of bookings made and revenue from them for the ongoing month.

  • The "Bookings by payment method" graph shows the number of bookings by days, weeks or months.

  • The "Volume" graph shows the revenue from bookings by days, weeks or months.

    • Select "7D" or "28D" timeline to check bookings by days.

    • Select "26W" to check bookings by weeks.

    • Select "12M" to check bookings by months.

Generate comprehensive reports by periods

To get a comprehensive report on room or desk bookings for a certain period, go to the Analytics page > press Create Report top right and select "Room Bookings" or "Desk Booking" report type.

  1. Set the necessary start and end date for the booking dates you want the report to include.

  2. For "Room Booking", keep "All rooms" or select a specific room in the "Room" filter.

The reports will allow you to get insights into the number of bookings for each specific room or desk as well as revenue from it, filter bookings by creation date and booking date and time to identify the most popular weekdays and times for bookings, common booking durations, etc.
