However, there may be situations where it is necessary to give or charge credits from the member's or company's balance manually, and Spacebring allows you to do so.
How to give credits
Go to Spacebring > Customers > pick a user or a company.
Locate Credit balance section > click Adjust balance.
Choose "Add" > choose the credits validity (permanent or expiring) > enter the amount > if needed, type the reason for giving credits in the "Memo" field to help members recognize the transaction > press
Save.The member will get a push notification about the credit transaction and can also check it in the member web portal and mobile app on the Locations > Membership > Credits > Transactions page.
How to charge credits
Go to Spacebring > Customers > pick a user or a company > Credits.
