Expiring credits are usually received and expire with the subscription, while permanent credits are purchased as a credit package. How to use credits
However, there may be situations where it is necessary to give or charge credits from the member's or company's balance manually, and your app allows you to do so.
How to give credits
Go to the Locations > Community > pick a user or a company > Credits.
Press
+next to expiring or permanent credits > enter the amount > if needed, type the reason for giving credits in the "Description field" to help members recognize the transaction > pressGive.
The member will get a push notification about the credit transaction and can also check it on the Membership > Credits > Transactions page.
How to charge credits
