Automate users' invitations from HubSpot to your app and vice versa

You may want to have users' data synced between your app and HubSpot to ensure a seamless hand-off from sales to community managers. The integration of your app with HubSpot via Zapier allows you to:

  • Automate inviting contacts to your app from HubSpot.

  • Automate creating contacts on HubSpot when a new member is invited to the app.

Invite contacts from HubSpot to your app

This Zap allows you to instantly invite all contacts from a specific HubSpot list to a selected location as members, saving you time on manual job around data entry and user invitations.

Prerequisites

  • Navigate to HubSpot and create a list, including contacts who should be invited as members to a specific location.

Please note, that contacts from the list will be invited as members to one selected location, so it's important that your list includes only members of this particular location.

If you need to invite members to the second location too, create a new list on HubSpot and another zap accordingly.

  • Make sure your app has everything ready for members to book rooms and desks.

Configure Zapier trigger

  1. Log in to Zapier and press "Create Zap."

  2. On the "Trigger" step, select HubSpot among other apps > choose the "New Contact in List" event.

  3. Log in to your HubSpot account.

  4. Fill in all required fields, continue, and test your trigger.

Configure Zapier action

  1. On the "Action" step, select Spacebring among other apps > choose the "Invite Member" event.

  2. Log in to your Spacebring account with an email as an administrator > select the necessary location from the drop-down list.

  3. Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.

With this automation, every time a new contact is added to the respective list on HubSpot, this contact will be automatically invited to your app as a member.

Invite members from your app to HubSpot

Configure Zapier trigger

  1. Invite a new user to your location so that Zapier can run a trigger successfully.

  2. Log in to Zapier and press "Create Zap."

  3. On the "Trigger" step, select Spacebring among other apps > choose the "New Member" event.

  4. Log in to your Spacebring account with an email as an administrator > select the necessary location from the drop-down list.

  5. Continue and test your trigger. While testing a trigger, Zapier will find the member you invited to the location in the first step. Select them and proceed further.

Configure Zapier action

  1. On the "Action" step, select HubSpot among other apps > choose the "Create Contact" event.

  2. Log in to your HubSpot account.

  3. Fill in all required fields, turn on, and publish your Zap.

With this automation, every time a new member is invited to your app, a contact for this member will be automatically created on HubSpot.
