This helps your customers better recognize your business and improves the deliverability of emails in specific scenarios.

How to get custom MAIL FROM

Prerequisite

Have an active subscription with an Essential or higher plan.

Get custom MAIL FROM add-on

  1. Contact us at [email protected] and share the email address you want to use to send emails to users.

  2. Upon your confirmation, we will charge €50 to your account's default payment method.

  3. Our team will send you a file with DNS records and the instructions how to add them to your domain registrar account.

  4. Notify us once you set the DNS records. We'll verify them on our end and we will enable your custom email sending address.

With a custom MAIL FROM email address configured, all transactional emails β€” including welcome emails, event joining confirmations, service purchase notifications and invoices β€” are sent from your custom email address. Migrate custom MAIL FROM to a different hosting provider

If you are changing the hosting provider, you need to make the following changes to your currently configured custom MAIL FROM to ensure seamless email sending from your app.

  1. Go to the DNS panel of your new hosting provider and create the same DNS records that our team shared with you on the very first custom MAIL FROM configuration.

  2. Delete the previously created DNS records on the old hosting site.
