Companies can have different payment methods, such as company cards, invoice, credits, and day passes. By default, all company managers can use them. However, managers can set permissions for each payment method to control who else can use it — only managers or both managers and members.
This is useful when managers want to restrict company members from using certain payment methods.
How company managers manage payment method permissions
To manage permissions for a payment method, company managers follow these steps:
Go to Locations > Membership > section with their company name > Billing.
In the "Payment methods" section, click (...) next to the necessary payment method >
Edit
.Set permissions on using this payment method for each service.

Company managers can use the "Company invoice" payment method and manage its permissions only if administrators enabled the "Pay with invoice" options in the company’s subscription.
By default, permissions for company invoice, credits, and day passes are set to "Company members", while permissions for company cards are set to "Company managers".
How payment method permissions work
If company members are allowed to use a company payment method for a service, they can see it in the "Payment" section throughout the app and can use it when making payments.
Company managers can view transactions made with company payment methods:
Membership > Billing > Transactions — payments made with the company card.
Membership > Billing > "Upcoming invoice" — payments made with the company invoice.
Membership > Credits > Transactions — payments made with the company credits.
Membership > Day passes > Transactions — payments made with the company day passes.
Tips
If company managers want to control company spending and balances, they can restrict a payment method’s permissions to "Company managers" and always make bookings on behalf of their colleagues when needed.
To do this, when making a booking, company managers will see a "Booker" section where they can select their company member instead of themselves and use a company payment method.
