Reporting and blocking users is important for maintaining a safe and respectful community within your space. By following these steps, users can help keep themselves and others protected from harmful or inappropriate behavior.
Report a user
Users can report others to the administrator for any offensive behavior in the following way:
Go to member web portal and open user's profile from the Chats page (if you have a chat with them) or any other page, such as Feed.
Click the
(...)menu in the top right corner and selectReport.
Confirm your report by clicking
OKin the dialogue window.
How reporting a user works
When a user is reported, the owner receives a notification on the Notifications page and can proceed with managing this report individually.
The reported user isn't notified about any action against them.
Reporting the user does not restrict this user's activity in any form until they are blocked, deleted from the Customers, or added to the blaclkist.
