Add a user to the blacklist
If there is an abusive user whom you want to block from accessing your services, the owner can add them to the blacklist to block the app access to them:
Navigate to the (...) More > Network Settings > Security page.
Enter the user's email address in the "Email" field > press
Add Emailand confirm the action.
How adding users to the blacklist works
When a user is added to the blacklist, they are logged out from all active sessions and are not able to log in to the app anymore.
The user is blocked within the entire network if you have multiple locations, but not across other networks.
Delete a user from the blacklist
To delete a user from the blacklist, follow these steps:
As the owner, navigate to the (...) More > Network Settings > Security page.
Press
Deleteunder the user's email address and confirm the action.
