If you're an owner, you can make yourself an administrator. For this, follow the next steps:
Log in as an owner to Spacebring > Network Settings page by pressing (...) button near the network name > Locations.
Press the "Become Administrator" button near the necessary location. The change applies automatically.
If you don't have the owner's role, ask the administrators in your location to invite you as an administrator or make you an administrator if you're already invited.
