Add a user to the blacklist
If there is an abusive user whom you want to block from accessing your services, the owner can add them to the blacklist to block access to them:
Go to Spacebring > Network Settings by pressing the menu (...) near the network name > Moderation page.
Enter the user's email address in the "Email" field > press
Add
and confirm the action.
How adding users to the blacklist works
When a user is added to the blacklist, they are logged out from all active sessions and are not able to log in to member web portal or mobile apps anymore.
The user is blocked within the entire network if you have multiple locations, but not across other networks.
Delete a user from the blacklist
To delete a user from the blacklist, follow these steps:
As the owner, go to Spacebring > Network Settings by pressing the menu (...) near the network name > Moderation page.
Press the menu (...) near the necessary user >
Remove
> confirm your choice.
